Background: |
Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) plans to award a G2G concession to DP World, nominated by the Government of Dubai, for the upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the NCT.
CPA and PPPA have appointed IFC as transaction advisor to conduct due diligence, structure the transaction, draft the RFP and concession agreement, and facilitate negotiations with the selected International Terminal Operator. |
