According to the RTI Act, 2009 anyone can request for any information to any government and non government organization following the procedure stated below.
এই আইনের আওতায় যে কোন সরকারী-বেসরকারী দপ্তরের/ কার্যালয়ে তথ্য পেতে আপনাকে সংশ্লিষ্ট দপ্তরের/কার্যালয়ের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
আবেদনকারীকে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তার নিকট নির্দিষ্ট নমুনায়/ফরমেটে আবেদনপত্র সরাসরি/ই-মেইলে আবেদন করতে হবে।
দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা আবেদন পাওয়ার পর ২০ (বিশ) কার্য দিবসের মধ্যে ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে ৩০ (ত্রিশ) কার্য দিবসের মধ্যে সফ্ট/ই-মেইল/প্রিন্টেড কপি/ফটোকপি/সিডি কপি তথ্য প্রদান করবেন।
কোন কারণে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা তথ্য প্রদানে অপারগ হলে, আবেদনকারীকে নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতি/ফরমেট অনুসরণপূর্বক ১০ (দশ) কার্য দিবসের মধ্যে লিখিতভাবে অবহিত করবেন।
আবেদনকারী তথ্য না পেলে বা কোন প্রকার সংক্ষুব্ধ হলে নির্দিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের (নির্ধারীত নমুনা/ফরমে) নিকট আপিল করতে পারবেন।
আপীল কর্তৃপক্ষ আবেদন পাওয়ার ১৫ (পনের) দিনের মধ্যে আপীল নিষ্পত্তি করবেন।
আবেদনকারী আপীল করেও তথ্য না পেলে বা কোন প্রকার সংক্ষুব্ধ হলে তথ্য কমিশন বরাবর নির্ধারীত নমুনা/ফরমে) ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অভিযোগ দয়ের করতে পারবেন।
